The RAPID Edu All Access Pass is the easiest and most affordable way to meet your professional development needs year-round while earning CPE credits that can be applied toward industry certifications. The Preventing and Fighting Common Chargebacks for Merchants course is a self-paced, intermediate level course covering the most common chargebacks that merchants may need to fight. Payments and fraud prevention professionals will learn how chargebacks impact merchants, risk factors that may make certain merchants more vulnerable to chargebacks, merchant tools, when to fight chargebacks, and how to prevent and fight the most common chargebacks faced by merchants.  This course will launch in Spring 2023 but is available for pre-order now. The Payment Essentials course is an introductory level class to provide some of the basic information about the wonderful world of payments. The course will introduce learners to payment stakeholders, processes, and methods. Secondly, it will introduce some laws, regulations, standards, and best practices associated with the payments industry.
