Summary The MRC Chargebacks Essentials course is a self-paced entry level course covering topics in chargeback basics. In this course, learners will learn basic chargeback concepts, payment card schemes, chargeback common metrics, and resolving and preventing chargebacks.  Program Details  Program Level: Basic  Program Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge  Program Delivery Method: QAS Self Study CPE Credits: 1.4   Advanced Preparation and/or Pre-requisites: None  For more information regarding any concerns, please contact our office at 206-364-2789 or email programs@merchantriskcouncil.org.  Refunds and cancellations are determined on a case-by-case basis. In this course, learners will learn about fraudsters motivations and methods, then learn about ways to identify, detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities.
